Sports Massage

Massage therapy is a manual therapy that concentrates on treating the soft tissues of the body, such as the muscles and ligaments. Massage improves the blood supply to the muscles by stretching and kneading areas of tightness and contraction. Many musculoskeletal problems are stress related and massage can be a very effective way to help the body to balance and heal itself.

Techniques include: trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, lymphatic massage and neuromuscular techniques. Isabella will also incorporate needling or manipulation into the treatment if suitable.
